Joseph Eli DeLatte

Joseph Eli DeLatte passed away Monday, November 3, 2008, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident at the age of 33. He was a resident of Watson. A memorial service will be held at Live Oak United Methodist Church in Watson on Saturday, Nov. 8, at 10 a.m. The service will be officiated by the Rev. Mark Crosby.

He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Cassidy Kassey Sherman DeLatte;a son, Joseph E. DeLatte II; a daughter, Olivia DeLatte; mother, Peggy Allen Gross and husband Gerry; father, Rodney DeLatte and wife Ann; three brothers, Doug DeLatte and wife Sue, Rodney DeLatte and wife Sarah and Derek DeLatte and wife Missy; sister, Tina DeLatte; special nephew, Tyler DeLatte; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Marvin and Sue Sherman; brother-in-law, Chad Sherman and wife Jan; two sisters-in-law, Becky Sherman and LeAnn Miller; seven nieces, three nephews and a great-nephew.

Joseph was a loving husband, father, son and uncle. His family and friends will miss him dearly.
